Please read these terms carefully before using the True Crash Law website or submitting any information through our platform.
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at truecrashlaw.com (the "Site"), operated by RTC Direct Marketing LLC, doing business as True Crash Law ("True Crash Law," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, submitting any form, or requesting any services through the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
True Crash Law is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, legal representation, or legal services of any kind. The content published on this Site is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice. No attorney-client relationship is created between you and True Crash Law by virtue of your use of the Site, submission of any form, or any communication with True Crash Law personnel.
True Crash Law operates as a legal information resource and referral service. We may connect you with independent, licensed attorneys who provide legal representation under separate, direct agreements with you. Any attorney-client relationship is established solely between you and the attorney you choose to retain — not with True Crash Law.
The Site and its services are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older who are located in the United States. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. If you are using the Site on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to do so and that the person on whose behalf you are acting meets these requirements.
When you submit information through the Site, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information to the best of your knowledge. We rely on the information you provide to deliver our services and make attorney referrals. Providing false or misleading information may result in an inability to assist you and may have other consequences depending on the nature of the information submitted.
True Crash Law makes no representations or warranties regarding the outcome of any legal matter, the success of any referral, or the quality or fitness of any attorney in our network. Prior results described on the Site do not guarantee or predict similar outcomes in future cases. The value and potential outcome of any legal claim depends on facts, law, and circumstances unique to each individual case.
Attorneys referred through the True Crash Law platform are independent legal professionals. They are not employees, agents, or representatives of True Crash Law. We do not control or supervise the legal services provided by referred attorneys. Any concerns about the services or conduct of a referred attorney should be directed to that attorney directly, to the state bar association in the relevant jurisdiction, or to other appropriate regulatory bodies.
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, page design, and code — is the property of RTC Direct Marketing LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without prior written consent from True Crash Law.
The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. True Crash Law expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, True Crash Law and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or any services offered through it, even if True Crash Law has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).
